Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns are processed with a prepaid shipping label to make the experience as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or FedEx return shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
